Return Policy

Products purchased remotely can be returned according to O.U.G./E.O. 34/2014. The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days from receiving the product. The return of the products will be made at the expense of the Customer.

SC DIGITAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT SRL, will return the value of the order within maximum 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. The refunded amount and the return conditions do not include the transport costs. Full refund of product amounts will be made by transfer to a bank account sent by the consumer on the return form received with the invoice.

Art. no. 12 mentions that the exercise of the right of withdrawal ends the obligations of the contractual parties. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it). Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

Products that involve registration and activation in a desktop or mobile application where a public key, private key is required are not subject to the return process.

For textile products, the value of an order is refunded when the following conditions are fully met:

  • the products must not have been worn, used, damaged or washed;
  • the identification label must still be attached to the products, in the original packaging, and with all original documents.

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a fee for returning to the original stage (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand or, at the client's option, we will resend the product, at his expense.

The customer undertakes to notify SC DIGITAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT SRL of his intention to return the purchased products, filling in and sending the return form.

  • If you return the entire order, simply specify the series, number and date of the invoice with which you received the products;
  • If you return only part of the order, it is necessary to specify them (product name and quantity);
  • For orders paid with the card the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within a maximum of 30 days from accepting the return.

According to art. no. 10 lett. c of G.O. 130/2000 reserves the right to refuse the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade (perishable) or deteriorate rapidly (e.g. customized products). Products that make up a set must be returned as a set.

Make sure you have all the necessary items to make the return: initial invoice, warranty certificates, box, labels, etc.
